I want to thank you all for a a great fantasy football season! You guys make this league what it is so I appreciate you. There were some unfortunate events that transpired during our championship week. This in turn led to a tough decision that needed to be made. As commish I took the time to gather all the information I could and came to the best informed decision. Needless to say, Alan and team Undisputed brought home their first WiseGuys championship. Congratulations Alan!
Draft Day
We will be looking to set up the annual WiseGuys draft Saturday August 26th. Specific times will be sent out at a later date. Please reach out if there are any issues. All keepers will be due a week prior to draft. The keeper due date will be Saturday August 19th. All teams will keep 2 players from their current roster. Furthermore, please let me know no later than July if you will not be returning. I will also reach out to everyone by then to confirm. I want to see all your beautiful faces returning on draft day. 😃
As far as league fees and payouts I will have a vote in the groupme. Did we like the weekly payouts? Should we stop the weeklys and add more to our total winner(s) payout? League fee not enough? Too much?
Rule Changes
If there are any changes to any scoring formats/positional features you would like to see please feel free to message me and I can bring it to a vote before the league. I know some like kickers, or want to see no defense and an added flex, or 1pt for every first down etc. We are here for you. Always trying to enhance our league and make it as competitive as possible.
WiseGuys Dynasty League
For those that are interested there will be a SEPARATE WiseGuys Dynasty startup league. It will be on a separate platform/app called Sleeper. If you are interested in the separate dynasty startup league let me know or text/call me for more information.
