As you all know dynasty format will have some changes and I'm going to explain in detail over the course of the season what some these changes will look like for our league. There is no other type of format where the person feels more like the actual owner of a team more than dynasty. So what this requires is more roster spots for each team. A typical dynasty league will have about 25-30 spots we will be starting off with 25. We have 16 now that would be an increase of 9 more additional spots. The waiver wire will be thin however this will drive trading around the league. We will be able to trade draft picks (current, mid draft, or future) and trading during the off-season. With the league opening up for all these potential trades there would be no vetoing system. Furthermore, if an owner is trading away future picks they do have to pay an allowance of $25 for each pick traded away. This allowance will be applied towards that owners entry fee for the next year. The entry fee every year for WiseGuys Dysnaty will remain the same $100. For example, if the Melonheads were in a "win now" mode and trade away 2 future picks to 3xx for a star WR. 3xx would receive 2 future picks. The Melonheads would pay the allowance of $50 (which would bring his entry fee to the next year $50 instead of the $100) and receive his missing piece for his championship run. This will require documentation on my part as commish (don't worry I have an excel sheet started for this)
